DISCOUNT CODES
- Tilley may send you promotional codes which can be redeemed on our website for a certain percentage discount. These codes are subject to our Terms and Conditions alongside any such terms and conditions presented to you at the time of issuance of the discount code.
- Discount Codes must be entered at the checkout phase of the ordering process to be valid. Discounts apply only to the cost of products, not to shipping, tax, or additional charges.
- Discount Codes cannot be combined with any other offer, used on special collections or collaborations, or any products deemed 'Tilley Sport', 'Tilley Golf'
- Discount Codes are subject to product availability and are void where prohibited by law. They may not be copied, sold, or otherwise transferred. They are not redeemable for cash and are limited to one use per customer.
- Tilley reserves the right to modify or cancel Discount Codes at any time without notice. Such changes may include, but are not limited to, changing the percentage of the discount, the eligible items, and the expiration date.
- Tilley is not responsible for any unauthorized use of Discount Codes. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Tilley is final.
- If items purchased using a Discount Code are returned, only the actual amount paid will be refunded (i.e., the discounted price). Discount Codes used on an order that is later cancelled or returned will not be reissued.
- By using a Discount Code, users agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in cancellation of the order and revocation of the Discount Code.

- Valid while quantities last, no rainchecks
- Some exclusions apply, offer cannot be used on sale or collaboration merchandise, and Essential 3 Packs.

- If there is something not to your satisfaction, we will work with you to exchange the product for the right size.
- To initiate a return, all items purchased as part of the layered offer must be returned for a refund to be issued. Due to the nature of this offer, we are unable to refund individual items.
GIFT WITH PURCHASE
- If you wish to return an order that includes a gift with purchase, you will need to return both the item that you paid for along with the gift to be eligible for a full refund. In the event the gift is not returned its value will be deducted from your refund.
- Missed GWPs will not be shipped separately, credited, or applied to future purchases.

- Free Shipping when spending £75 only applies to orders being shipped to an address in the UK.
