Fabric:
- Outer Fabric: 55% Hemp / 45% organic cotton
- Inner Lining: 70% organic cotton / soft jersey knit 30% hemp
- Please wash before wearing it for the first time.
- Machine wash warm, tumble dry low. Wash after every wear.
Instructions:
- Fold your filter fabric in half, place pattern on filter using the fold line, this way you will have 2 sides.
- You can use more than one sheet of the filter if you desire, this will make your mask fill stiffer.
- When inserting your filter, fold it like an accordion to help ease it through the opening.
- Once the filter is fully in, flatten it out to reach all edges of the mask.

THE RIGHT FIT
At Tilley, our hats are designed to sit comfortably low on the head. The proper fit should be slightly loose, as gravity will keep your Tilley in place.
Step 1: Wrap a string around the widest part of your head, located 1 to 2 cm above the top of your ears and brow line.
Step 2: Determine the measurement with a ruler, then add 2 cm to the total, for comfort.
Step 3: Convert that final measurement into your hat size in the chart below.

BREXIT RELATED DELIVERY INFORMATION
The UK is exiting the European Union on 1st January 2021. While we manage the transition period, there will be some temporary changes to our despatch and delivery process for some of our customers.
Below are details of those affected by these temporary changes.
CUSTOMERS ORDERING FROM AN EU COUNTRY
CUSTOMS & DUTY
From 1st January 2021, if you are ordering from outside the UK your order will be supplied VAT free. As all orders are shipped directly from the UK, you may have to pay customs fees when your parcel reaches the country you live in. You are responsible for any import duties, customs, and local sales taxes, and you will need to pay these fees to release your order from customs. We do not have any control over customs and import tax and we cannot tell you exactly how much you will be charged, as this varies widely depending on the country you live in. Any orders with a value above the threshold amount will be charged import fees, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country the products are destined for.
CUSTOMERS ORDERING FROM NORTHERN IRELAND
We anticipate that there may be some delays in orders being received in Northern Ireland as the new systems and processes are established. Please use the tracking information provided to check on the progress of your order.
Delivery time within the EU can be between 3 - 5 working days but is dependent on the postal service in each country. Overseas orders are sent at the customer's risk. Large or heavy orders being shipped outside of the UK may require delivery by courier. We will contact you prior to despatch if additional charges apply or a signature on delivery is required.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Any duties or taxes that may be levied against packages arriving from outside the destination country, as determined by local Customs and Immigration agencies, are the responsibility of the recipient. Before ordering, it is wise to check the duties and taxes that you may be subject to if you purchase from outside your country. All UK prices are inclusive of VAT charged at 20%.
