Machine wash cold with like colours. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not add fabric softener. If traveling, hand wash cool and roll in a towel to remove extra moisture. Hang to dry overnight.
At Tilley, our hats are designed to sit comfortably low on the head. The proper fit should be slightly loose, as gravity will keep your Tilley in place.
Step 1: Wrap a string around the widest part of your head, located 1 to 2 cm above the top of your ears and brow line.
Step 2: Determine the measurement with a ruler, then add 2 cm to the total, for comfort.
Step 3: Convert that final measurement into your hat size in the chart below.

The UK is exiting the European Union on 1st January 2021. While we manage the transition period, there will be some temporary changes to our despatch and delivery process for some of our customers.
Below are details of those affected by these temporary changes.
From 1st January 2021, if you are ordering from outside the UK your order will be supplied VAT free. As all orders are shipped directly from the UK, you may have to pay customs fees when your parcel reaches the country you live in. You are responsible for any import duties, customs, and local sales taxes, and you will need to pay these fees to release your order from customs. We do not have any control over customs and import tax and we cannot tell you exactly how much you will be charged, as this varies widely depending on the country you live in. Any orders with a value above the threshold amount will be charged import fees, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country the products are destined for.
We anticipate that there may be some delays in orders being received in Northern Ireland as the new systems and processes are established. Please use the tracking information provided to check on the progress of your order.
Delivery time within the EU can be between 3 - 5 working days but is dependent on the postal service in each country. Overseas orders are sent at the customer's risk. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Any duties or taxes that may be levied against packages arriving from outside the destination country, as determined by local Customs and Immigration agencies, are the responsibility of the recipient. I have worn the Tilley Quick Dry Travel Boxers for over a decade. I was very sad when the model went defunct. Trusting Tilleys reputation I ordered these and can say they are very, very much worth the cost. They are thin like pantyhose for women. Fit very well. They are all synthetic fibres but don’t scratch at all. I have ordered a dozen pair and have worn them over a month. For men who experience the “goo” build up in their groin, these underwear put enough air flow in that region to prevent it, which then prevents any jock itch conditions.

I work outdoors and sometimes we are in the field for ten days straight. I have tried lots of quick dry underwear but these are by far the best ever. Wish I had purchased more before heading out to the fire line. Next time I am back in town I will get some more. As a bonus they feel great, kind of like super hero shorts ;)
